Margaret Angelillo, Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Practitioner Margaret Angelillo was born and raised in Alabama. Margaret graduated from the University of Alabama and pursued her master’s degree at UAB. She has spent her entire career in cardiology and critical care.
As a patient, you will see Margaret at various stages of your time with us. You may meet her in clinic, or in the hospital before surgery, but she will always follow your care from after your surgery to discharge. She will also closely follow your recovery at home, so that all of your questions are answered and you are properly cared for.
Margaret is married and has a wheaten terrier named Tulle, whom she and her husband adore. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Richard L. Stephens, PA-C
Originally from Lubbock Texas, Richard is a graduate of South University in Savannah, Georgia. He has more than 20 years of cardiac surgery experience.
He currently lives in Vestavia with his wife and 3 children.
In his spare time Richard enjoys football and weight training.
Gloria Gulledge, Office Manager
Gloria Gulledge, our Office Manager, has worked in the medical field for 37 years and have been with Baptist Health Centers, Inc. for 18 years.
Gloria says she enjoys working with the team in part because everyone is committed to providing the best possible care.
Kirsten Vining, Receptionist
Receptionist Kirsten Vining has more than five years in the medical field. She coordinates care and assists with the transition before and after surgery.
Kirsten is married; she and her husband have three beautiful children.
